We went right before Christmas 2013- not terribly long after they opened, and some (or alot) of this may have worked itself out by now. so it appears they still have some work to do, hope they get it resolved soon. food was good but our server never checked on us until we were finished and glasses were empty. you could see from the hostess stand thet more than 1/2 the tables were empty.
we got there at 1:37 for lunch and were told it would be 15 min for a table outside under the cover. we decided to not come back till spring in hopes of them getting there act together. when we left an hour later the same tables were still empty outside. we ate in side, food was good service was very slow. there was only a couple tables being used at the time. we were told it was all booked with reservations. we were there for dinner and requested a table in the covered out door area. 2nd visit was by boat about a month after opening. Went there many years when it was Midtown. Ok, my wife and I also want this place to make it.
